Windows Control Server for Data Centers Restart
In some cases you may need to restart your Control Server. If this is the case, follow the instructions below:
1. Open the Windows Run menu and start the services.msc application.
Select: Start 
Run.
Type services.msc in the command line and click OK.
2. After the Services console opens, find the "R1Soft CDP Server" service, right-click on it and select the "Restart" option from the displayed menu.
