Follow the instructions below to check the connection between the Backup Agent and the Backup Manager.
1. In the Main menu, click Servers.
2. The "Servers" page will list all the existing Servers.
 | Tip To find an Server, you can use the Basic and Advanced List Filters. See Customize the Servers list. |
To check the connection, click on the "Test Agent Connection" icon under the "Actions" column for the corresponding Server in the list.
3. The "Communicating with Agent" window will be shown. Click "OK" after reading the results.
