The Server Backup Manager report preview function allows you to quickly view the last generated version of any selected report directly from the Reports screen.
To preview a report:
- In the Main Menu, click Reports. The Reports screen displays.
- In the Reports list, click the Actions icon for the report you want to preview and select Preview.
- The system generates the report preview, as shown in the following image.
