Accessing CDP Server Logs
Question:
I want to view the CDP server's log files, or I want to send the log files to Tech Support.
Solution:
To package the log files and send them to Tech Support:
- Start the CDP server.
- Open your web browser and connect to the CDP server.
- Click on the "Options" Tab, then click on "Tools"
- You should see two links, "Download Abbreviated Logs for Tech Support" and "Download Full Logs for Tech Support"
- Download these logs, then e-mail them to Tech Support or attach them to your support ticket.
