Account Level Restores For Control Panels
The control panel integration Righteous Software offers is not an account level restore. It allows control panel users to restore a sub-set of files from their control panel home dir. These files do not include the database or control panel configuration.
For example, in cPanel all user's databases are in the system-wide MySQL "database" server and are not anywhere in a user's home dir.
Also, there is not a way to "check a box" next to cPanel account "user1" to have it restored after deleting the account from cPanel.
After releasing the control panel integration, we learned the real need by the community is account level restores. For this reason, we currently do not charge extra for the control panel functionality. We are hoping a future release with account level restores will add value to our Control Panel Add-On.
