Request Additional Licenses

I need to request additional licenses that I have purchased that are currently "unassigned" whom do I contact about this?

Please send an email with your information to billing@r1soft.com and one of our representatives will contact you, if you have requested licenses prior to this you may have received an email with your "unassigned" quantities please forward that email for a prompter license key delivery. If you need to purchase additional agents please contact your account manager (sales@r1soft.com) or you may go to your secured members section (https://dist.r1soft.com/) login and purchase additional agents and add-ons there.
