Same Public Key Is Found
Symptom
Error message:
This host has the same public key as xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Cause
A backup has been restored to a new machine, and the same public keys are on the new machine as were on the original machine that the backup was made from.
A duplicate of an earlier agent install has been found on a new machine.
Resolution
Uninstall the agent software, and reinstall (now is a good time to check for an upgrade!)
Linux - run the command:
/usr/bin/r1soft-uninstall-buagent
Windows: Start > Programs > R1Soft Windows Agent > uninstall
