When you remove a protected machine from the Backup Manager, this also deletes all of the Disk Safes associated with the machine. Deleting the protected machine will prevent any tasks associated with it from running. Follow the instructions below to delete a protected machine from Server Backup Manager. {info}

If there is a Disk Safe already created or attached to the protected machine, the following warning message displays:

To delete the Disk Safes along with the machine, select the *Delete Disk Safes from Disk* check box before clicking the *Delete* button.
