Now that we have to login with our R1Soft username to download software updates can we have a separate login account so that we can pass out to our team to be able to get to the download section?

Yes, please register a new account with your teams alias example (r1soft@yourdomain.com) that way the login information goes out to your team that they can use at anytime to access the download section. If you need any assistance with this please contact our support@r1soft.com. Also please note you must use an email address that is not in use within the R1Soft system for new registrations.
