View Page HistoryTo activate partitionless discovery on a Linux machine, follow the step below.
1. Make sure you get licenses for your new Agent.

2. Install the Agent software on the server that you would like to use this solution on. See [R1D:Installing the Linux Agent].

Then reboot the machine.
4. Once you have completed the previous steps, add the new Host to CDP Server.
{info:title=Tip} If you are having issues with the partitions not showing up, and you have the partitionless option enabled on the Agent, then remove the Host from CDP Server and add it again. It should detect it with the correct partition types under devices.
