Obtain Windows Backup Manager

The Windows Backup Manager installer package is capable of installing both the Backup Manager and Backup Agent software, while the Windows Backup Agent installer package can install only the Backup Agent software.

Registration is required for all Server Backup Manager downloads. Existing customers can use their R1Soft Customer Portal login account information. Note that the Customer Portal and the Customer *Support* Portal require different login credentials. New customers can request a free trial download at [www.r1soft.com/server-backup-manager|http://www.r1soft.com/server-backup-manager].

*To download the Windows Backup Manager software*:

# Access the R1Soft website at [www.r1soft.com/server-backup-manager|http://www.r1soft.com/server-backup-manager] or access and then log in to the R1Soft Customer Portal at [https://dist.r1soft.com/download/|https://dist.r1soft.com/download/].
# On the Downloads page, locate the *Backup Manager* product group.
# Click *32-bit (x86)* for 32-bit binary hardware/OS or click *64-bit (x86_64/AMD64)* for 64-bit binary hardware/OS. If you are unsure of your Windows version, see [Check Windows bit version].
# Download one of the following products:
