Upgrading a Pooled License

How do I transfer agents from Linux >< Windows in my pooled license?

You will need to make sure that your license pool has been setup. If your license pool has not been setup
you will need to contact your account manager and install the latest CDP Server 2.14 or greater release.

Common Problem: When I activated the CDP Server it shows I have zero agents, did I do something wrong?
