Sometimes if unknown problems occur they may be caused by faults of connection. R1Sort allows to test the connection of your Agent with the --test-connection option of the #r1soft-setup tool.
Follow the instructions below to test the connection.
1. Run the following command:
# r1soft-setup --test-connection
2. Wait for a while.
Checking connection to server
Waiting /
3. If the connection is successful, you'll receive the following answer:
Connected successfully to 'krnlbld.r1soft.com'
