This is a targeted release to address a small number of customers seeing backup failures on 2.6.38 kernels and devices with 1K sectors. The release also addresses a MySQL connection pool issue that caused  intermittent connection loss between Data Center Console and CDP.

Unzip from tarball, or download, the four needed rpm packages.

1. r1soft-setup\-[version].[arch].rpm
2. r1soft-cdp-agent\-[version].[arch].rpm
3. r1soft-cdp-enterprise-agent\-[version].[arch].rpm
4. r1soft-cdp-async-agent-2-6\-[version].[arch].rpm

Latest version for the agent is 3.12.4 build 15152

cd to the location of the downloaded rpm packages
bq. rpm \-ivh \*.rpm

*For the MODULE installation: ( Once the agent is successfully installed )*
bq. r1soft-setup \--get-module \--custom-version 4.2.1-15154
*To VERIFY that the installed versions are correct:*

bq. /usr/sbin/r1soft/bin/cdp \-v
(R1Soft CDP Agent) version 3.12.4 build 15152

*Module:*

Validate that the version is: 4.2.1 build 15154
