Sometimes if unknown problems occur they may be caused by faults of connection. R1Sort allows to test the connection of your Agent with the {color:#fd4703}{*}\--test-connection{*}{color} option of the {color:#fd4703}{*}#r1soft-setup{*}{color} tool.

Follow the instructions below to test the connection.

1. Run the following command:

2. Wait for a while.

3. If the connection is successful, you'll receive the following answer:

{code} Connected successfully to 'krnlbld.r1soft.com'{code}
