Follow the instructions below to restore a regular Linux user account.

1. Click on "Recovery Points" in the Main Menu to open the "Recovery Points" window.

2. Make sure that the "Recovery Points" tab is selected.

3. {color:#ff3300}{*}Enterprise Edition:*{color} In the "Recovery Points" list, select an Agent from the drop-down menu located on the "Recovery Points" list toolbar.

4. Select a Disk Safe from the drop-down menu located on the "Recovery Points" list toolbar.

5. Click on the "Control Panel Users" icon of the Recovery Point.

6. A "Control Panel Users" window with a list of Linux accounts will be opened. The list will be shown automatically because you should have created only one Instance: Linux Home Directories. For more information, see [Protecting Linux Home Directories|Protecting Linux Home Directories].

You can filter the listed items by State using the "Verified" and "Not Found" check-boxes located on the toolbar.

7. Choose all accounts or one/several specific one(s).

Note that the user's path shown in the "Username" column should look like this template: _/home/<username>_

6. The next step is to choose a desired restore method:



* You can restore the account as an archive. Then follow the instructions described in [Downloading Control Panel Users' Data as Archive|Downloading Control Panel Users' Data as Archive].
* You can send the archive containing the Linux accounts' data to the Agent. Then follow the instructions described in [Sending Control Panel Account Backup to Control Panel Home|Sending Control Panel Account Backup to Control Panel Home].
