The Windows Backup Manager installer package is capable of installing both the Backup Manager and Backup Agent software, while the Windows Backup Agent installer package can install only the Backup Agent software.

Registration is required for all Server Backup Manager downloads. Existing customers can use their R1Soft Customer Portal login account information. Note that the Customer Portal and the Customer *Support* Portal require different login credentials. *To download the Windows Backup Manager software*:

# Log in to the R1Soft Customer Portal at [https://dist.r1soft.com/download/|https://dist.r1soft.com/download/].
# On the Downloads page, locate the *Backup Manager* product group.
# Click the Windows *64-bit (x86_64/AMD64)* link for 64-bit binary hardware/OS. (If you are unsure of your Windows version, see [ServerBackup:Check Windows bit version].)
# Download the following product: R1Soft-ServerBackup-Manager-SE-win64.zip
