Follow the instructions below to delete the MySQL instance from the Policy in Server Backup Manager.

1. In the Main Menu, click *Settings* and then *Policies* to access the _Policies_ page.

2. Find the necessary policy in the _Policies_ list, click the corresponding _Actions_ icon, and select *Edit Policy*.

3. When the _Edit Policy_ window displays, select the _MySQL_ tab. For the MySQL instance you want to delete, click the corresponding _Actions_ icon and select *Remove*. !Edit Policy - MySQL Remove.png|border=1!
The MySQL instance is removed and will no longer display on the _MySQL_ tab.

4. Click the *Save* button to save the Policy.

If you click Cancel in the Edit Policy window without saving, no MySQL instance changes will be saved.
