Getting the URL to CDP for Control Panel Users

Control Panel users can access and download their archives directly from the CDP Web Interface. The system automatically creates accounts in CDP for each Control Panel user. CDP is available to Control Panel users via a special URL that is generated by the system once the Policy has been added. Users can log in using their Control Panel credentials.

Follow the instructions below to obtain the URL for CDP for Control Panel users.

1. Click on "Policy" in the Main Menu to access the "Policies" page.

4. In the "Login" column, the Control Panel end-user login link is listed.
