Parallels Plesk Panel control panel users are not able to see or restore their mail files.

The Parallels Plesk Panel 9 mail location is now called {{PLESK_MAILNAMES_D}} instead of {{QMAIL_MAILNAMES_D}}, which the R1Soft scripts are looking for.

The issue has been corrected in CDP 4.0.0.
