Deleting a report permanently removes the entire report from Server Backup Manager.

*To delete a report:*
1. In the Main Menu, click *Reports*. The _Reports_ screen displays.
2. {color:#35383d}In the {color}{color:#35383d}{_}Reports{_}{color}{color:#35383d} list, click the {color}{color:#35383d}{_}Actions{_}{color}{color:#35383d} icon for the report you want to delete and select {color}{color:#35383d}{*}Delete Report{*}{color}{color:#35383d}.{color} !Reports - Delete Report.png|border=1,width=929,height=300!
3. A confirmation message displays. Click the *Delete* button to confirm the report deletion.

The report is deleted and will no longer display in the _Reports_ list.
h4. Deleting multiple reports simultaneously
Follow the instructions below to delete multiple reports at one time.
1. Select several reports by selecting their corresponding check boxes in the first column in the _Reports_ list.

2. Click the *Delete Selected* button in the list toolbar.

3. Confirm your request to delete the reports by clicking the *Delete* button in the confirmation window.
