On the _Web Server Options_ screen, you can adjust the Backup Manager settings used for HTTP and HTTPS connections. Web server HTTP settings control the web server configuration specific to unencrypted HTTP connections. Web server HTTPS settings control the web server configuration specific to encrypted (SSL) HTTPS connections.

{info:title=Tip}
To access the Backup Manager via HTTP protocol, start the address with {{http://}}. For HTTPS, use {{https://}}.

* In the *Port* field, enter the port number on which you want the HTTP server to listen. The default port is *80*.{info:title=Note}
You can also specify the HTTP port using the Windows Backup Manager Configuration Utility. For more information about using this utility, see [ServerBackup:Configure Backup Manager ports].

5. Click *Yes* to restart the Web server. The window closes, and the Web server is restarted.

Restarting the Web server does not interrupt any running tasks.

{info:title=Notes}
* If the port number is changed, it must be manually added to the URL.
* If a protocol is disabled, you must manually change its type. If you fail to change the type, the page automatically redirects you when the Web server resumes.
* If the Web server does not restart in approximately 30 seconds, check the server logs for errors. The default path for logs is {{C:\Program Files\Server Backup\log}} (for Windows) or {{/usr/sbin/r1soft/log}} (for Linux).
