VHD File Restore

You can include VHD files in a CDP 3.0 Policy and restore them using the Recovery Points. See Restoring VHDs.

After you have restored the VHD file, in order to access its contents you need to attach and mount it using the Hyper-V VHD Explorer. See Attaching VHDs, Mounting VHD Volumes.

You can also perform a Bare-Metal Restore from the VHD file. See Bare-Metal Restore in Windows Hyper-V.
