Symptom
Once changes have been applied to the license, they are not reflected on the CDP Server until a CDP Server service reboot occurs.
Resolution
The issue has been corrected in CDP 4.2.1. License changes now work for Windows and Linux 32-bit and 64-bit fresh installs and upgrades of CDP Server. No reboot is required to add a new feature to the CDP Server.
