Symptom
Windows (64-bit only) CDP Server service (cdp-server service) does not start automatically after an installation or upgrade. RPM upgrades require a CDP Server reboot.
Starting the service manually works fine.
Resolution
The issue has been corrected in CDP 4.2.1. The CDP Server service now starts automatically within 30 seconds of a completed upgrade or initial reboot.
