Symptom
The R1Soft Server sends "HELO\n" instead of "HELO host.name\n" in an email report.
Steps:
1. Log in to the CDP Server web interface.
2. Click on the "Configuration" item in the Main Menu.
3. Select "Server Options."
4. Provide a value in the "SMTP Local Host" field.
5. Click on the "Save" button.
6. Click on the "Reporting" item in the Main Menu.
7. Select a report and click the "Run Now" icon for this report.
Resolution
The issue has been corrected in CDP 4.2.0. After setting up the "SMTP Local Host" option, it is now possible to send reports without any problems.
